These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the eJANGA School Management System. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use eJANGA.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using the eJANGA platform, you confirm that you are authorized by your institution or as an individual user to access and use the services.

2. Services Provided

eJANGA provides a digital platform for managing school administration, student records, staff management, finance, communication, and reporting.

3. Account Registration & Responsibility

  • Schools must provide accurate information when creating accounts.

  • Students, teachers, and staff must only use accounts created or authorized by their institution.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the platform for unauthorized activities.

  • Share login credentials with unauthorized persons.

  • Upload harmful or malicious content.

  • Breach applicable laws or school policies.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All software, design, and platform features are the intellectual property of eJANGA.

  • Users are granted limited, non-transferable rights to use the platform for educational purposes only.

6. Data Privacy

Your use of the system is governed by our Privacy Policies (System, Student, Staff, and School).

7. Limitation of Liability

eJANGA is not responsible for:

  • Data entered incorrectly by schools or staff.

  • Temporary service interruptions.

  • Misuse of data by unauthorized persons with shared access.

8. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Gambia.
