These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the eJANGA School Management System. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use eJANGA.
By registering for or using the eJANGA platform, you confirm that you are authorized by your institution or as an individual user to access and use the services.
eJANGA provides a digital platform for managing school administration, student records, staff management, finance, communication, and reporting.
Schools must provide accurate information when creating accounts.
Students, teachers, and staff must only use accounts created or authorized by their institution.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree not to:
Misuse the platform for unauthorized activities.
Share login credentials with unauthorized persons.
Upload harmful or malicious content.
Breach applicable laws or school policies.
All software, design, and platform features are the intellectual property of eJANGA.
Users are granted limited, non-transferable rights to use the platform for educational purposes only.
Your use of the system is governed by our Privacy Policies (System, Student, Staff, and School).
eJANGA is not responsible for:
Data entered incorrectly by schools or staff.
Temporary service interruptions.
Misuse of data by unauthorized persons with shared access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of The Gambia.
